Musa Ibrahim (fca)

Musa has over 26 years of experience in Finance, Taxation, Accounting, and Management Advisory Services.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He holds a Diploma in Accountancy from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 1991 as well as Advanced Diploma in Accounting and finance from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife in 2000. Musa started his professional career in Binchike & Co (Chartered Accountants) in 1991 as an Audit Trainee. He rose through the rank to become the Audit Manager in 2001. He resigned from the firm to join Funtua Cottonseed Crushing Company in 2001 as the Finance and Administration Manager. He left the company in 2007 to join Barade Holdings as General Manager, a position he held till 2009 when he joined the firm of Jonathan Olubi & Co (Chartered Accountants) as partner-in-charge of tax advisory. He had a stint at Vitafoam Plc as a factory accountant and later to Efab Properties as Chief Accountant.

Ejeh has over two decades of experience in Finance, Taxation, Accounting, and Management consultancy services.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), Associate Member of the Institute of Management Consultants(IMC), and Member, Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM). He holds the Postgraduate certificate of the University of Roehampton in the United Kingdom.

Ejeh has traversed through various industries in the course of his professional career development. He commenced his professional training in Mu’Allahyidi & Co (Chartered Accountants) in 1998. He held several positions of responsibilities in the firm during which he was exposed to the statutory audit of both public and private sector organizations. He held the position of Project Accountant in Cakasa (Nig.) Company Limited for a period of three years before moving over to NIPCO Plc where he held the position of senior manager,  finance and accounts department of for a period of 8 years.

Daudu Sonlomiya (FCA, ACTI, MNIM)

Mr. Daudu is an experienced Chartered Accountant, Tax, and Management Consultant. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) and an associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), a member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountant of Nigeria (ICMA) and Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).

He started his working career in 1995 as a Materials and Cost Accountant with Savannah Beverages Ltd and thereafter moved to Nigerian Telecommunications Ltd and rose to the rank of Senior Finance Officer, Grade Level 10.

He joined the services of South Atlantic Petroleum Limited in 2006, a major player in the upstream sector of the Nigerian oil and gas industry as Head of Treasury. He moved to the Financial Reporting department between 2008 and January 2016. At South Atlantic Petroleum Limited, he served as Head of Treasury, Ag Head of Admin, System Administrator of SAP Business-One, ag. Cost Controller South Atlantic Petroleum Benin S.A, External Audit Coordinator, member of oil production curtailment committee to mention but few. He rose to the position of Senior Accountant Reporting. He voluntarily resigned his appointment after a decade of meritorious services.

He also worked with Victor Falack & Co (Chartered Accountants) as a Senior Manager, audit. His wide experience in various sectors of the economy and privileged positions made him stand out as a financial consultant

Agada Inabo (ACA)

He started his career with the Yobe State Ministry of Finance in 2011, as Cash Officer in the administration department of the government house. He held that position for one year during his compulsory one year National Youth Service Corps.

He later joined the Nigerian Aviation Handling Company Plc in 2012, as the Cargo Handling Officer. As the cargo handling officer, he was in charge of the inventory of containers and ensured that the inspection was handled in accordance with laid down principles.

He resigned in 2013 to join the services of Ejeh Sheidu Tokula & Co as an Audit Trainee. Due to his hard work, dedication to duty, and a rare demonstration of commitment to professionalism, he is presently a Senior Consultant in the firm. He has developed himself and specializes in electronic accounting system design, setup, and implementation.

He is currently writing the professional examinations of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

Agada is happily married with Children.

Oderinde Seyifunmi Temi (ACIPM)

Seyifunmi is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) with over 5 years of experience in Human Resource Management, Administration, and Company Secretarial Services. Her expertise spans Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Regulatory Compliance, Compensation & Benefits Administration, HR metrics & Analytics, Employee relations, Learning & Development , Stakeholder Management, and Administration.

She has a passion for problem-solving and a focus on driving organizational success through strategic people services aligned with business objectives. Over the course of her career, she has led strategic initiatives resulting in significant reduction in employee turnover and optimized employee development programs to drive performance. Additionally, she has spearheaded key policy developments and implementation, as well operational efficiency through workplace digitalization among other achievements.

An avid communicator, Seyifunmi excels in building and managing interpersonal relationships at all organizational levels. She has consistently demonstrated her ability to oversee and implement systems that drive high performance, contributing significantly to the success and efficiency of the organizations she serves.

Seyifunmi’s leadership style is characterized by inspiration and motivation, driving teams to exceed performance targets and deliver exceptional results personally and professionally.

Seyifunmi holds a bachelor’s degree in Biochemisty from the University of Ilorin and is certified by the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM).

Ogunjobi Bamidele Stephen

Bamidele holds a B.Sc. degree in Actuarial Science from the prestigious University of Lagos. 

He started his career with Jumia Nigeria as an Inventory Control Officer. In the role, he devised ways to optimize inventory management procedures as well as inspected and ensured product stocks are adequate for all distribution channels. 

In his quest for knowledge, coupled with his ambition and unrelenting zeal, He joined the firm in 2018 as an Audit Trainee. Due to his hard work and commitment to professionalism, he rose to a Senior Tax Consultant position in the firm. Over time, he has developed his skillset and now specializes in Tax consulting, advisory, planning, and compliance.

He is currently writing the professional examinations of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

MANAGER, AUDIT AND ASSURANCE

Ajao Olakunle Mohammed (B.Sc; HND; AAT; ACA)

Ajao Olakunle is a member of the Association of Accounting Technician (ICAN) and Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria ICAN.

He holds a Bachelors’s degree in Accounting from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife and a Higher National Diploma in Accounting, from The Federal Polytechnic Ilaro.

Olakunle started his career as an Account Officer at Alamosco Nigeria Limited before resigning to pursue his higher education in 2008. At Alamosco Nigeria Limited, He managed the financial bookkeeping of the business, processing of invoices, recorded payments, and tracked expenses of the business. 

He later joined the service of Ojokoro Local Council Development Area (Ifako-Ijaiye Local Government) as a Budget Officer trainee in May 2011. In this role, he assisted in the preparation of the annual council budget, verification of payment vouchers, and recording of the Council transactions in departmental vote books. After the mandatory one-year industrial trainee at the Council, Olakunle proceeded to Ilaro to complete his Higher National Diploma and OAU  Ile-Ife for his Degree programs. 

He joined the service of Ejeh Sheidu Tokula & Co (Chartered Accountants) in October 2018 after His National Youth Service. His specialty covers Statutory Audit, Tax management, and accountancy services.

ANTHONY ISUME SILVER (AAT, ACA, ACTI)

Anthony Isume Silver brings over ten years of diverse experience spanning Engineering, Telecommunications, and Financial Advisory. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and a member of the Association of Chartered Accountants (ACA) at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), as well as the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT). Commencing his professional journey in 2011 at Kolorkote Nigeria Limited, a manufacturing company, he served as a store supervisor overseeing inventory and stocks. His career trajectory led him to Design Protocol Nigeria Limited in 2016, a construction and real estate firm, where he assumed the role of Account in Charge. Here, he implemented and managed an efficient accounting system, successfully minimizing costs and establishing a robust control system.

Transitioning to the Telecom industry, Anthony joined Comenergy Managed Services Limited as the Project Accountant, overseeing projects for major clients like Aitel, MTN, ATC, and IHS Tower across Nigeria. His expertise in budgeting, planning, and control, coupled with meticulous tracking skills, played a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects within budgetary constraints.

In 2022, Anthony took on the role of Manager and Head of Tax and Regulatory Services at Ejeh Sheidu Tokula & Co (Chartered Accountants). His specialization encompasses tax management and advisory services, covering state, federal, and international tax matters. Additionally, his proficiency extends to financial project management, accountancy services, and financial advocacy services.
